BLT drivers are thoroughly trained and educated with the latest safety protocols to ensure proper care of your product. BLT actively strives to be 100% DOT and FMCSA compliant at all times by tracking driver safety, HOS compliance, and vehicle maintenance.

1.) SAFE DRIVERS – BLT utilizes top-of-the-line logistics software that notifies the team of any hazardous or unsafe driving behavior. By monitoring drivers, BLT is able to improve safety behavior by coaching drivers in real time.

2.) HOS COMPLIANCE – BLT is fully integrated to the new electronic logging device (or ELD) laws to record compliance with Hours of Service requirements.

3.) INSURANCE – BLT is fully insured with Commercial Liability Coverage, Cargo Coverage, and General Liability Coverage – carrying more than four (4) times the amount of insurance recommended by the Federal Motor Carrier Services Administration.

BLT is proud to provide the highest possible level of security for product delivery, by offering security camera solutions, temperature-controlled monitoring, safety logs and reporting.

1.) CAMERA MONITORING – Cameras have been a crucial component in ensuring secure deliveries. BLT drivers are required to turn on security cameras inside and outside each truck in case of any damages before, during, and after transit.

2.) TEMPERATURE MONITORING – Specializing in temperature-sensitive product, BLT has industry-leading software that tracks the temperature of each haul in 10-minute increments. If the temperature increases/decreases beyond the desired setting, the BLT team is notified and immediately directed to the nearest mechanic. From there the trailer is loaded on a new functioning tractor and back on the road to ensure timely delivery.
